The Queen's Awards for Enterprise - procedure for submitting applications and the deadline for receipt.

The deadline for submitting applications for the 2009 Awards is midnight on 31 October 2008. Winners of The Queen's Awards for Enterprise 2009 will be announced on 21 April 2009, The Queen's birthday.

You can complete an on-line application form on our website. A PDF version can also be downloaded and printed from the website. If you do not have access to the internet you can request a PDF of the form by contacting The Queen's Awards' Mailing House (telephone 08705 134486).

If you are completing the application form online, it will be submitted electronically. Please send any supporting literature to The Queen's Awards Office, to arrive within three working days of the submission of your application. Your application will be acknowledged and processed.

If you have requested or downloaded a PDF version of the form to complete in hard copy, you must sign this (NB: a facsimile signature is not accepted) and post it to The Queen's Awards Office to arrive no later than midnight on 31 October 2008.
