BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE AND ETHICAL BUSINESS IN THE 21st CENTURY - HUNTER CENTRE FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP

This research project, undertaken by the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, was inspired by an initial idea by Cooks' Delight, and underpinned by an inductive approach drawing on data from case studies.

The Executive Report has been developed to act as a source of reference for entrepreneurs who wish to establish a sustainable, ethical and environmentally friendly business. The Report has been researched, synthesised and collated to help establish what it takes to make such a business in the 21st Century, and summarises the key issues and how to deal with them. The Report asserts not only that this a good thing to do, but also that it may be the only way to do business in the 21st Century.
