The Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion - procedure for submitting nominations and the deadline for receipt.

The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2009 Award is midnight on 31 October 2008. Recipients of The Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion 2009 will be announced on 21 April 2009, The Queen's birthday.

You can complete an online nomination form on our website. A PDF version can also be downloaded and printed from the website. If you do not have access to the internet you can request a PDF of the form by contacting The Queen's Awards' Mailing House (telephone 08705 134486).

If you are completing the nomination form online, it will be submitted electronically. Please send the letters of support (if applicable) to arrive within five working days of the submission of your nomination. Your nomination will be acknowledged and processed.

If you have requested or downloaded a PDF version of the form to complete in hard copy, you must sign this (NB: a facsimile signature is not acceptable) and post it to The Queen's Awards Office to arrive no later than midnight on 31 October 2008.
